My order is never correct, went there today and waited forever just to put my order in, last time I ordered a breakfast burrito meal and got a bag with no burritos in it. Very very poor service
Kids absolty love it. They also serve breakfast all day now. SO THAT IS AWSOME...
If you don't mind your order being wrong half the time it's fine
We ordered 4 dollar cheese burger with mayo and pickles only. We had onions on burgers and on each burger so much mayo it was dripping out the sides. We told them and they responded with we didn't order them that way. Large FF was a medium sized in a large box. I know fast food a workers have a job but what about customer service when I picked up my to go bag I repeated the order to them. Yes ma'am he said. I'm not going back anytime soon. I will let my friends know as well. They've had similar experiences.
Today I came in to buy my daughter a happy meal. The box of fries came with only like 6 or 7 fries. After bringing this to attention to the boy at the counter he had a very rude attitude. The manager then stepped in with profession. I am not sure his name but he is with out a dout manager material! He made it right buy offering a free small fry. As we left I thanked him and he then offered my daughter a free ice cream cone. Some kids should may not have been hired but the management is outstanding! Thank you again for the awesome customer service!!!
