Then a friend of ours mother died, your shop was the first place she thought of, she went to you and asked you to make a flower arrangement for her mom funeral. The staff was rude and mean to her on this very sad day, so now my friend, husband and our friends will be taking our business else where. You can be assured we will let others know as well.
My husband bought me flowers from your shop, they were ugly, and my husband keep saying he was sorry. I just said it's ok, just never buy flowers from them again. And I have had many flowers given to me, yours were the worse I have ever seen.
My sister and I went to this shop because it was right across the street from where our father was. We were there to order casket flowers but said we would also like flowers from us, if we could afford it. We asked if they had any kind of payment plan (that doesn't seem like an odd question to me). The moment she realized we didn't have a lot of money, she was done with us. She was RUDE,unhelpful hard, and couldn't care less.
