Doesn't have as good equipment as the ones in bigger cities, but it's the best for the price around town.
If you want to go to a place to give them money so they can keep the lights on and continue to call them self a gym..... it's a horrible place to go
Some one is there working during operating hours. It's no judgement. You can bring a friend to work out with you free of charge.
Great, friendly staff and the faculty is very well kept. The weights are always where they should be.
