Absolutely will never go here again...when we walked in, the lady at the register was rude from the beginning. Then she started picking through my daughter's hair strand by strand and finally I asked what she was doing and she rudely said "checking her hair" and I asked for what and she said "for lice". And I said that's it forget it. I told her she was being very rude and she said no she wasn't. She said it was her job to check for lice. I told her she should inform people or there should be a sign up saying that because it's very offensive to just start looking for lice strand by strand. She said it was state mandated and she was very out of line by raising her voice and I understand that some people might have lice, but we dont and for her to make a spectical of my 12 year old daughter was ridiculous. I took my daughter and left. She acted very unprofessional and I will never go back not will I recommend anyone to go.
Don't let Jessica cut your hair, she chopped my hair up bad and I am pissed
