Hard to get help when you need it.
Great group of people that always help me find what I need. If they don't have it in-stock, they'll order it for me. If by some off chance they can't get what I need, they even go out of their way to find somewhere that I can get it. That's some serious customer service!
Their lumber quality is much better than the chain stores
Quick friendly service. One can build a parts list for months in their estimate system. Unfortunately the close one hour after getting out on work. So if i need any supplies it will have to wait to the weekend. The prices are a tad higher than superstores, but its understandable why
