Awful......after having this company as a agent for over a year with both car and renters insurance. I called to have the two policies combined into one billing, then my husband and I went into the office again two weeks ago to ask again to have the policies combined...agent called while we were there said it was done. Well, it still coming out as two separate billings, so husband called in. When he explained what the problem was and that he was thinking about calling another company....the agent said he remembered us coming in and said "You just do that" it was done and then hung up. Wow what unprofessional customer service. Would never recommend this company if you are looking to have a family agent that cares for your needs.
