Nice environment. The staff is generally nice.
They were low staff it has been better. A lot of the tables needed to be cleaned the salad bar was out of a lot of things. Had to wait longer then usual. But the food was still good
Kristi is one of the best waitresses. Very kind and upbeat. We come here fairly often and it's always a good experience.
Buffet was good, fresh and well stocked. Staff was very nice. Nice size dinning area.
I have never written a bad review! This place is horrible. First, I ordered our pizza and then after an hour when it didn't arrive, we called. We spoke to one guy who said it was because of the lack of drivers and cooks... we understood and he said he would give us free breadsticks and it would be out shortly. Then we waited another hour and called again. The second person who was a woman, said it was not only not late, but said we didn't order it when we said we did and told me I also didn't call. I said, I can bring it and show it to you. I said I know you're short staffed and she said they were but I still didn't call. Lol wow! This is insane! She was the rudest person and in Houston my food would have been free. I said okay, forget it. I hope Pizza Hut looks into this store and figures out how to do better at there customer service in the future. It was so poor it was laughable. Truly embarrassing for your store. But, the pizza was good! Or maybe we were just starved by then?
