This man is the most dishonest contractor in the world! He did some renovation work on a property I recently purchased and everything he did was not up to state, local, or ADA code. We ended up having to pay him every penny of what he said we owed him just because we knew we owed him SOMETHING, but he wouldn't produce receipts proving what that amount was in the end. He dragged it out for six weeks and so we finally paid him so we could be done with him. He came across as a sweet, honest person, but in the end all the work he did for me ended up having to be torn out and done all over again. He bragged about being in business for 40+ years, but he cheated us out of over twenty five thousand dollars, just for us to have to turn around and redo all his work. DON'T USE THIS MAN! You will be sorry. After all is said and done, when we tell people how he cheated us, they say things like "We heard he is a liar and a cheater." Lesson learned!
