The spots are good size and lots of grass. The advertised wifi isn't accessible except in the club house.
Duncan mobile village is a great place to take your rv and relax nice quite place and it is ran by two wonderful people. We lived there for 5 months and would send anyone there that wonted a feel at home place to go
The couple that run the area are amazing people. Very helpful and they maintain the area so it always looks nice.
Good place to park your mobile home
Great sites and quiet. They do allow pets and that's been nice but I had problems with the 50 amp breaker popping once in a while with just fridge and AC on. Then today it wouldn't start set for 2 minutes. Finally called the front desk and Allen was to my site within 5 minutes he figured out the problem. Just a weak breaker. Replaced it on the spot and no problems since. Tons of grass, concrete parking for your vehicles and a storm shelter under the laundry facilities. It's best in town. And we're only paying $340/mon.
