When confronted about the inconvenience of a week not only coming by but calling and NO ONE being there, there was no apologies just defense attack mode from manager. When asked for the owners contact information to address it with the owner I was repeatedly denied the info.
I had an extremely positive experience here! Excellent customer service and professional facilities. I couldn't get into my storage unit on a Sunday, and the staff came up and personally let me in. They are incredible, I can't praise them enough!
Worst service we have ever had in Duncan! Definitely not the small town friendly family it used to be. Have had this storage building for 14 years and will be changing to a different location now that it is under new ownership.
I have to say first off one thing. The girl Tori is awesome. But beware, this place has bugs... My wife is pissed so badly right now she could bite nails. I had to get her away from the place because she wanted to go off on them about the bugs. Never had we have we ever had bugs and now our stuff is loaded with them. This is just down right disgusting
This has got to be the worst customer service possible. Hours state 8:30 - 530, which apparently does not apply. The manager seems to make her own hours. Showing up 2 to 4 hrs, if at all late.
