Terrible service, they took my deposit and said they would hold my truck. Promised everything was alright, then sold it to someone else. I called them out on it, then they attempted to bait a verbal threat out of me. Seriously? Joe, Rick, and Donny are scumbags. Awful experience, go elsewhere, they are not worth it.
Byford is the worst dealership in oklahoma. There terrible customer service.and there book keeper is awful. She made a mistake and is now threatening me with jail time. She refunded my warranty on mistake I had bought 4 trucks in 1 year from them. How was I to know which truck refund was for. Now they say I breached contract. And want truck back. Well here it is I don't want it .I hate thieves and liars and especially someone who abuses me of a crime for her mistake wtf
Great customer service! Love our Buick. The service department has been very efficient in helping maintain it! I would highly recommend this dealership.
