The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have purchased a few vehicles from them so I've been a customer for a few years. They have always gone out of their way to be helpful in every-way possible. I have found that as long as you make your payments on time or let them know if you're going to be a little late they will go out of their way to be helpful!
They made me feel right at home and getting a ride was like sun tanning on the beach. Plus you get a 1 year or 12,000 mile warranty, a lot of their competitors aren't doing that except Byford !!!

Purchased my dream car from Car-Mart of Duncan back in December - yes, I said my Dream Car! I was able to get it for a great price and financing was a breeze. I adore Joanne, the General Manager. She is just the kindest and sweetest soul. She goes out of her way to accommodate. Looking forward to a long relationship with this dealership. Not happy at all, we were basically sold a death trap and since we were past the 3 day guarantee we had to voluntarily turn the car in. Nothing against the manager or sales associate at the particular store but the companies disregard for human life is now going to have to go against our credit because I’m not willing to risk my children’s lives over a credit score. Will NOT do business here ever again and will NOT recommend them to anyone else. Big joke
